Hog Roast

This is a locally source pig, slow cooked over charcoal. The pig is marinated with our secret homemade marinade and based whilst cooking. Once cooked the pig is then carved off the fire into serving dishes and served from the bbq. We're pretty sure your guests will enjoy.

Lamb On The Spit 
 

This is a traditional lamb spit, slow cooked over a charcoal fire. The lamb is basted with our secret homemade herb marinade whilst cooking. Once cooked the lamb is then carved off the fire into serving dishes and served from the bbq. We're pretty sure your guests will enjoy.

Giant Spit Kebab 
 

This is a giant spit kebab on which D-boned meat is slow cooked over a charcoal fire. We use only the finest choice cuts of meat. The giant spit kebab is basted with our secret homemade herb marinade whilst cooking. Once cooked the meat is then carved off the fire into serving dishes and served from the braai. The giant spit kebab is the most popular of the bbq options.

Traditional South African BBQ

Here we have the good old meat on the coal. We can also pretty much bbq anything that you may desire. Our meat is marinated in our very secret and delicious marinade or can be done just plain. Some of our delicious meats includes: Lamb cutlets, Sirloin Steak, Rump Steak, Beef Fillet Steaks, Chicken Kebabs, Beef Kebabs, Chicken Portions, Pork Spare Ribs, Butterflied De-Boned Lamb, Pork, Chicken Wings, or Lamb Kebabs, Beef and Lamb burgers. We have some basic set menus but we can alter to your needs.
